Moroccan cuisine in Bochum: Morocco at Taste-Trip.
Moroccan cuisine in Bochum — pastilla, couscous, msemen and spicy Atlas sausages. The Morocco menu was our monthly cuisine in September 2026.
Moroccan cuisine in Bochum — spiced, generous, made for sharing.
In September, Taste-Trip was all about Morocco. We served our Moroccan specialties tapas-style: small portions, freely combinable and ideal for sharing. Guests put together their own selection and tasted their way through the diversity of Morocco.
Vegetarian and vegan paths are firmly rooted in the menu: vegan Pastilla Essaouira and vegan Couscous Casablanca are standalone dishes of Moroccan cuisine.
