In July, Taste-Trip is all about Mexico. We cook dishes that are actually eaten in Mexico — no Tex-Mex clichés, but flavors that tell of street and tradition. Mole Poblano, one of the world's most complex sauces, meets crispy nachos and fresh jalapeños.
Vegetarian and vegan paths are firmly built into the menu: Chili con Carne is also available in a plant-based version, and Enchilada Vegetariana is a standalone main course, not an afterthought.
