Japanese cuisine in Bochum — precise, harmonious, diverse.
In August, Taste-Trip was all about Japan. We cooked dishes that are actually eaten in Japan — no sushi clichés, but flavors that tell of craft and tradition. Ramen, gyoza and tempura met a Japanese burger and a coconut dessert.
Vegetarian and vegan paths are firmly built into the menu: the vegan peanut ramen is a standalone main course, and the tempura salad shows that plant-based cooking is deeply rooted in Japan.
